The platform is powered by employer content and a community of job seekers who are either currently working remotely or looking for remote work opportunities. 10xer.co regularly updates and moderates the job postings on our platform. We reserve the right to remove any job listing at any time for any reason. Please refer to the guidelines provided for more information.

Guidelines for job postings :

Jobs postings with language that meet the below criteria will be removed if no action is taken within 24 hours of initial flagging by the our team:

• Ensure that all job postings are legitimate and not fraudulent.
• Only allow job postings from reputable companies or organizations.
• Require that all job postings include clear job descriptions and requirements.
• Prohibit the posting of any discriminatory or inappropriate content.
• Have a process in place for reporting and removing any job postings that violate the guidelines.
• Provide resources and support for job seekers to find and apply for remote work opportunities.
• Regularly update and moderate the job board to ensure that all postings are current and relevant.
• Consider offering additional features or services, such as resume review or career coaching, to help job seekers in their search for remote work
• Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. Examples but not not limited to the following: Offensive comments related to a persons gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion. Displaying sexual images in public spaces. Intimidation, stalking, following, or harassing photography or recording. Sustained disruption of talks or other events. Unwelcome sexual attention.
• Racist, sexist, or discriminatory in nature.
• Pornographic, mature in nature, or overly obscene
• Inflammatory, offensive or demeaning material that is NSFW.
• Job postings that are meant to scam users in potential phishing attempts, or any postings that involved an exchange of money in the hiring process.
